1. Introduction

These General Site Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”) and YLDLOCK LTD, an exempted company registered in the Cayman Islands and regulated under the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). These Terms govern access to and use of all services, interfaces, and systems offered by YLDLOCK LTD under the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act (2022 Revision).

2. Legal Framework

YLDLOCK operates within the Cayman Islands' financial compliance ecosystem, including the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (2021 Revision), Data Protection Act (2021 Revision), and the Arbitration Act (2012). The Company aligns its policies with FATF recommendations and global virtual asset reporting frameworks.

3. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services provided through YLDLOCK’s digital infrastructure, including but not limited to staking, swaps, mining, lending, deposits, withdrawals, arbitrage trading, bot-assisted trading, copy trading, and wallet connectivity. The Company reserves the right to amend or discontinue any service in compliance with regulatory mandates.

4. Eligibility and User Obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering an account, Users represent that all provided information is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML/CTF obligations. Users shall maintain the confidentiality of authentication details and immediately report any unauthorized activity.

5. Compliance and AML/CTF Policies

YLDLOCK LTD implements robust Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) frameworks pursuant to CIMA and FATF guidance. Users agree to identity verification, transaction monitoring, and screening under the AML Regulations (2021 Revision). Any suspicious activity may be reported to competent authorities.

6. Risk Disclosure

Participation in digital asset transactions, including staking, trading, and lending, involves market volatility, operational risk, and liquidity exposure. Users acknowledge that digital asset values are speculative and that YLDLOCK does not provide financial advice, warranties, or profit guarantees.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

YLDLOCK LTD processes user data in accordance with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act (2021 Revision) and GDPR-equivalent principles. Data collected for AML, KYC, and compliance purposes is securely encrypted and retained only as required by law. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data within legal limits.

8. User Responsibilities

Users shall comply with applicable laws, maintain accurate records, and refrain from engaging in any activity deemed unlawful or non-compliant under Cayman Islands or international standards. Misuse of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or evasion of sanctions constitutes grounds for termination and legal action.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from (a) engaging in unauthorized access or cyber intrusion, (b) exploiting system vulnerabilities, (c) manipulating markets or pricing feeds, (d) using the platform for illicit trade or terrorism financing, and (e) breaching applicable AML/CTF regulations. Violations may result in permanent suspension and reporting to CIMA.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including source code, user interface elements, documentation, and content, remains the exclusive property of YLDLOCK LTD. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to access services for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Fees and Liabilities

Transaction and service fees are disclosed prior to execution. Network fees for blockchain confirmations may vary. YLDLOCK LTD assumes no liability for user error, system downtime, or blockchain delays. Refunds are not guaranteed once transactions are recorded on the blockchain.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless YLDLOCK LTD, its directors, officers, and affiliates from all claims, losses, or expenses arising out of misuse, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with regulatory obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall YLDLOCK LTD be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User in the preceding twelve months.

14. Termination and Suspension

YLDLOCK LTD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at its discretion if any breach of Terms, AML/CTF non-compliance, or suspicious conduct is detected. Such actions may occur without notice when mandated under CIMA supervision.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to arbitration in Grand Cayman in accordance with the Arbitration Act (2012). The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Cayman Islands, with enforcement subject to oversight by CIMA. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cayman Islands courts for all disputes arising from these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid clause shall be interpreted to best reflect the original intent under Cayman Islands law.

18. Amendments

YLDLOCK LTD reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published through official communication channels and take effect immediately upon posting.

19. Compliance Certification

This document is certified under the authority of YLDLOCK LTD — Cayman Islands, in full compliance with the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act (2022 Revision), AML Regulations (2021 Revision), and Data Protection Act (2021 Revision). YLDLOCK LTD affirms ongoing adherence to CIMA oversight, FATF standards, and global best practices in digital asset management.
